While the bar may present a friendly façade, what I discovered behind its threshold was appalling and beyond comprehension .
The Condition of the Premises : Grimy and Neglected
From the moment I stepped inside , it was clear that upkeep was not a priority at Masterson’s . The surfaces were tacky , and a overpowering stench of uncleaned spills and neglected washrooms filled the entire pub. With a smell of a mixture of human waste, old age and a sickly smell. His presence at the bar often appeared as that of a sweating predator than a genial proprietor .
